Every Umber & Oak piece is wrapped and packed with great care to make sure it arrives safely to its new home.
As each piece is unique, we take the time to package every order individually to ensure it is protected during transit.
Where we ship
We currently ship throughout New Zealand.
At this stage we are unable to offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping throughout New Zealand. Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Please note: An additional charge applies to rural deliveries and will be calculated at checkout.
Some oversized or unusually bulky pieces may require a separate shipping quote. Where this applies, it will be clearly noted in the product description before purchase.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Once your order has been collected by our courier, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.
Delivery generally takes 1–3 business days within New Zealand, although rural and remote locations may take a little longer.
Fragile and Oversize Pieces
Some pieces require a little extra care due to their size, weight or delicate nature.
We take great care when packing these items to help ensure they arrive safely. Where additional shipping arrangements are needed, this will be clearly noted in the product description.

Whenever possible, we thoughtfully reuse clean, high-quality packaging materials.
